Job summary

Coffee Memorial Blood Center Inc in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Phlebotomy Supervisor to lead from the front, work with a dedicated team, and ensure a safe, positive donor experience at multiple drives. The role requires hands-on phlebotomy, coaching, and travel between sites to keep drives running smoothly.

You will mentor staff, maintain quality SOPs, and promote exceptional service while supporting a mission that saves lives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of proven leadership experience.
• Healthcare or medical experience required.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
• Willingness to drive coach vehicles.
• Ability to provide an MVR with zero points and no moving/traffic violations.
• Ability to lift, bend, and reach up to 40 lbs.

Pay: Competitive pay based on education and/or experience to include shift differential and holiday pay; tenure bonuses; employee referral bonuses
