Job summary

Thrive Therapy seeks a compassionate Mobile Therapist to deliver high-quality behavioral health services in clients’ homes, schools, and community settings. This traveling role requires travel between service locations and collaboration with families, ABA teams, and medical staff.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in a related field and PA licensure, with experience in autism, developmental disabilities, and behavioral health. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Licensed or certified Mobile Therapist in Pennsylvania.
• Experience with autism, developmental disabilities, and behavioral health.
• Familiarity with diagnostic evaluations and treatment planning.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel between clients’ homes, schools, and communities.
• Proficiency in clinical documentation and HIPAA compliance.
• Commitment to client-centered, respectful, inclusive care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions to clients in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Travel between assigned service locations to meet clients’ needs.
• Assess clients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (ABA, medical, families, school staff).
• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver behavioral health interventions.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current.
