Thrive Autism Services in Arizona is seeking a BCBA with hybrid duties to provide clinical oversight, program development, and supervision for children with autism. You'll split time between in-clinic oversight and telehealth-focused work, building strong clinical autonomy while staying connected with a collaborative team.
Qualifications include BCBA certification, Arizona LBA licensure or eligibility, a master's in ABA or related field, and 2+ years of telehealth experience.

Thrive Autism Services is a specialty ABA provider dedicated to creating a healthy and safe environment where individuals with autism can learn, grow, and THRIVE. We are expanding our telehealth program to bring evidence-based, family-centered ABA services to children and families across Arizona.
About the Role
About the Role This position provides clinical oversight, ABA program development, treatment implementation, and supervision for children ages 2–10 with autism spectrum disorder. You'll split your week between in-center clinical work — direct client oversight, RBT supervision, assessments, and family training and remote days focused on program development, documentation, and telehealth consultations. This role is ideal for a BCBA who wants strong clinical autonomy without giving up hands‑on connection with clients and teams.
