Responsibilities include assisting managers with documentation, conducting training, and performing comprehensive mechanical and electrical repairs across vehicles. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and relevant certification.
• 5+ years of automotive repair experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist service managers and estimators in providing documentation for mechanical or electronic repairs.
• Conduct training and test trainees.
• Perform bumper-to-bumper mechanical and electrical repairs.
• Develop relationships with new customers and provide high level of service to existing customers.
• Work with managers to determine training on hardware and software tools.
