Qualifications

• High school diploma with relevant certification.
• 5+ years automotive repair experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Qualified for corporate insurance programs incl. vehicle insurance.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Able to develop relationships with customers to grow market share.
• Proficient with diagnostic equipment and repair tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist service managers and estimators with documentation for repairs.
• Conduct training and test trainees.
• Work with managers to determine needed training on hardware/software tools or workflow.
• Perform bumper-to-bumper mechanical and electrical repairs.
• Develop relationships with new customers and maintain existing ones.
• Assume other duties as assigned.
