Job summary

Kunes Auto Group is seeking a Mobile Automotive Lube Technician to join our service team and service vehicles on-site. The Mobile Truck is provided with tools for mobile repairs, and you’ll perform oil changes, fluid checks, and routine maintenance to keep customers' vehicles safe and reliable.

This role offers paid training, ASE reimbursement, and opportunities for long-term growth within a fast-paced Midwest dealership group with 40+ locations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of lube tech experience in a dealership or service center.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Paid training provided with ASE reimbursement.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, lubrication services, and fluid checks.
• Inspect vehicles for safety concerns and recommend maintenance.
• Replace oil filters, air filters, wiper blades, and other components.
• Conduct tire rotations, pressure checks, and minor repairs.
• Maintain accurate service records.
• Communicate effectively with customers and service team members.
• Stay current on service procedures, tools, and automotive technology.

Position Summary

Kunes Auto Group is seeking a Mobile Automotive Lube Technician to join our fast-paced service team and service vehicle on-site. In this hands-on role, you'll perform oil changes, fluid checks, and routine maintenance to keep our customers' vehicles running safely and reliably. Mobile Truck is provided along with the tools needed to perform mobile repairs.

Compensation

• $20.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience
• Paid training and ASE certification reimbursement
