Job summary

Kunes Auto Group is seeking an Automotive Lube Technician in Wisconsin to join our fast-paced service team. In this hands-on role, you'll perform oil changes, fluid checks, and routine maintenance to keep our customers' vehicles running safely and reliably.

This entry-level opportunity includes paid training, a full tool program, ASE certification reimbursement, and opportunities for advancement across 40+ locations.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience preferred but not required - paid training provided.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds; paid training, tool program, and ASE reimbursement provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, lubrication services, and fluid checks with precision and efficiency.
• Inspect vehicles for safety concerns and recommend maintenance.
• Replace oil filters, air filters, wiper blades, and other components.
• Conduct tire rotations, pressure checks, and minor repairs.
• Maintain accurate, detailed service records.
• Communicate effectively with customers and service team members.
• Stay current on service procedures, tools, and automotive technology.

Compensation

• $18.00-$22.00 per hour, based on experience
• Paid training and ASE certification reimbursement
