Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior experience as a Diagnostic technician required.
• I-CAR & ASE certifications preferred.
• Must have proper tools to successfully complete job duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with technical knowledge and inquiries.
• Conduct research and resolve vehicle technology issues.
• Perform diagnostic tasks on vehicles using Autel scanning unit.
