Job summary

ASKITC is seeking a Mobile Automation Technical Lead for a client engagement in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on leading test automation efforts, designing robust automation frameworks, and delivering high-quality automated solutions in a fast-paced corporate setting. Strong experience with Selenium, Ruby on Rails, and HP UFT is required.

The candidate will analyze data, drive improvements, and collaborate across teams to ensure reliable automation strategies in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Information Technology in a large corporate environment.
• 5+ years in Test automation.
• 3+ years Ruby on Rails.
• 3+ years Selenium.
• 3+ years experience with ALM/Quality Center.
• 3+ years experience in HP UFT Tool.
• Experience with HP Quality Center/ALM.
• Experience with QTP/UFT.
• Experience in test automation assessment and frameworks.
• Experience with design, architecture and implementation of framework.
• Ability to analyze raw data and draw conclusions.
• Self-motivated with a drive to improve systems/processes with high quality.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced, chaotic environments.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and ability to handle complex environments.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with timeliness and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in Information Technology in a large corporate environment
• 5+ years’ experience in Test automation
• 3+ years Ruby on Rails
• 3+ years Selenium
• 3+ years’ experience with ALM/Quality Center
• 3+ years’ experience in HP UFT Tool
• HP Quality Center/ALM
• QTP/UFT
• Must have experience in Test automation assessment and Frameworks
• Must have experience with the design, architecture, and implementation of framework.
• Must have demonstrated the ability to analyze and draw conclusions from raw data
• Must be self-motivated with the desire to seek ways to improve systems/processes with a high quality (identifying small improvements without being asked)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and chaotic environment
• Must be detail-oriented and have excellent analytical skills and the ability to work effectively within a complex and dynamic environment
• Must have demonstrated the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining timeliness and accuracy
