Job summary

Resolve Tech Solutions Inc. is seeking a senior QA Automation professional to own automation across Android, web, and API layers. The role emphasizes building scalable frameworks and integrating with CI/CD to enable rapid, reliable releases.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of QA automation experience, including building and maintaining automation frameworks from scratch for Android, web, API & Load testing.
• Hands-on Android application automation experience using Appium and UIAutomator2, including device performance testing and profiling with Android Studio Profiler, ADB, Perfetto, or equivalent tools.
• Experience defining and reviewing test plans, test cases, and risk-based quality strategies.

Responsibilities

• Identify business and technical risks and contribute to user story definition and acceptance criteria.
• Define, review, and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases across functional and non-functional requirements.
• Design and build scalable automation frameworks from the ground up using Appium and UIAutomator2 for Android applications, Selenium WebDriver or Cypress for web testing, and Karate or REST Assured for API automation.
• Automate Android application workflows and conduct application profiling and performance analysis using Android Studio Profiler, ADB, Perfetto, and Firebase Test Lab.
• Validate device capabilities such as Wi-Fi signal strength and Bluetooth operation and create reusable tools that simplify future hardware testing.
• Perform API functional, performance, and load testing using JMeter, Gatling, or k6, and analyze platform reliability, throughput, latency, and resource utilization.
• Integrate automated tests into Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines and maintain clear quality reporting.
• Collaborate with engineering and non-engineering teams in a Scrum environment to investigate defects and drive timely resolution.
• Work closely with Engineering, Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to understand system dependencies and end-to-end quality risks.
• Apply a hands-on quality mindset by testing collaboratively, challenging assumptions, and improving automation coverage continuously.
• Demonstrate creativity, ownership, and practical problem-solving for technology that is central to store operations.

Years of Experience

• 7+ years of professional experience in QA automation.
• 1+ year of hands-on testing experience with MongoDB, Node.js, and AWS services
