Job summary

LKQ Corporation’s Elitek Vehicle Services division seeks experienced automotive technicians to join our Portland, ME team. You will perform comprehensive mechanical and electrical repairs, assist with documentation for services, and support service managers with diagnostics using advanced equipment.

Able to train others, develop new customer relationships, and maintain high service standards. Requires 5+ years in repair, valid license, and 21+ age.

Qualifications

High school diploma and relevant certification.
5+ years of automotive repair experience.
Possess a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

Assist service managers and estimators with documentation for repairs.
Conduct training and test trainees.
Work with managers to determine needed training on hardware and software tools.
Perform bumper-to-bumper mechanical and electrical repairs.
Develop relationships with new customers to grow market share.
