Coconut Creek Hyundai is actively seeking a professional Mobile Service Technician to deliver dealership-quality service directly to customers at their home, workplace, or business location. The role emphasizes Hyundai recalls, software updates, diagnostics, and mobile campaigns while supporting our growing fleet client base.

Responsibilities include completing recalls, diagnosing vehicles, coordinating with the service department, and documenting work.

Qualifications

• Minimum automotive technician experience.
• Hyundai experience preferred.
• Hyundai certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a mobile schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform Hyundai recall campaigns, software updates, and field repairs.
• Diagnose vehicles to determine if repairs can be done in the field.
• Support fleet customers with mobile services across multiple vehicles.
• Document diagnostics, recalls, inspections, and repair orders accurately.
• Communicate status and next steps with customers and fleet managers.
• Coordinate with service department to schedule and route mobile visits.
• Maintain mobile service vehicle, tools, and inventory.
