Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license.
• Six months automotive experience.
• No relocation offered.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Three months of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire and automotive services including fluid exchanges/flushes, maintenance, brakes, and other mobile services with a focus on the customer experience.
• Maintain independence on assigned routes and drive between appointments, conducting safety checks.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by explaining the service process and customer needs, and knowledge of products/promotions.
• Perform manual tasks including equipment prep, loading vehicles, site cleanup, and product reconciliation.
• Travel to other cities to train or receive training on new technology and techniques.
