Job summary

Freeway Ford is expanding its Mobile Service fleet in Bloomington, MN, seeking a professional Mobile Service Technician. You’ll operate a dealership-provided mobile unit, performing light repairs at customer sites and communicating clearly with clients.

The ideal candidate has automotive dealership experience, strong diagnostic skills, and a polished, guest-first approach. Valid license and ability to work across the Twin Cities are required.

Qualifications

• Automotive experience in a dealership or high-volume shop.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and professional appearance.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform light repairs on-site at customer homes and businesses.
• Utilize Ford diagnostic tools to perform programming and software updates on-site.
• Maintain the mobile service vehicle and ensure parts/tools are stocked.
• Serve as a professional ambassador and explain repairs to customers.
• Follow safety protocols for on-site and off-site work.
