Sunset Chevrolet is actively hiring a Mobile Auto Technician / Field Service Technician to provide on-site GM automotive diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance at customer locations. This role offers the flexibility of working outside the traditional shop while delivering exceptional service directly to customers.

Ideal candidates will have GM service experience, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to work independently.

What You'll Do

As a Mobile Technician, you'll be trusted to:

• Travel to customer locations to perform repairs, maintenance, and installations
• Perform vehicle maintenance services
• Diagnose and resolve vehicle concerns using professional tools and diagnostic equipment
• Explain service recommendations and solutions to customers
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle
• Follow all company safety standards and procedures

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a GM Service Technician, Mobile Technician, or similar automotive service professional
• Valid driver's license
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in varying environments

Preferred Qualifications

• GM certifications
• Previous GM dealership experience
• Mobile or on-site service experience
