Job summary

Ciocca Ford of Quakertown is seeking a mobile service technician to join our growing team. You will travel to client sites to diagnose, maintain and repair vehicles at the customer's location, using diagnostic tools and manufacturer specifications.

We offer hourly pay of $25-$35, full-time status, PTO and holidays, 401(k) with company matching, paid training and certification, tuition reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Service Technician experience required.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client sites to diagnose, maintain and perform vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Perform mobile service repairs including but are not limited to filter replacement, engine diagnostics, recalls, minor services at the customer's location.
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
• Perform all tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
