- Michigan mechanical license required.
Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
- Engage with customers each day and represent Dorian Ford.
- Organize and prepare for the day’s appointments.
- Perform vehicle repairs and/or maintenance per repair order.
- Document repairs on the repair order.
- Stay informed of Ford technical bulletins and complete training.
- Drive and maintain a company vehicle responsibly.
- Work in varying weather conditions.
