Dent Wizard seeks a Paint Technician Trainee to travel to automotive customers, performing paint touch-ups and repairs using advanced spray equipment. No experience is required, as we provide comprehensive paid training.

You will work at partner locations such as dealerships and rental agencies, delivering high-quality results. This 100% commission-based role offers uncapped earnings with a starting range of $65,000–$75,000 per year, plus a competitive benefits package and a clear career path

Responsibilities

• Travel to automotive customers to perform high-quality minor paint touch-ups to full surface repairs using advanced spray equipment and proven techniques
• Prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces to perfection
• Work independently at partner locations like dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions
• Deliver fast, flawless results that exceed expectations
