Job summary

Safelite AutoGlass in Clovis, NM is seeking an Auto Glass Technician for a mobile Shop role. You will perform glass repairs/replacements and calibrations, using Safelite tools and technology, both in shop and on the go. Travel within the market and onboarding in Lubbock, TX are required.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and customer service, with paid training and access to benefits. You may be asked to drive company vehicles and work flexible hours as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license to operate a company vehicle.
• Safelite SafeTech certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide vehicle glass repair and replacement services at a Shop or Mobile Glass Shop.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies (SafeTech, True Seal, Ezi-Wire, GTS).
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles and maintain safety protocols.
• Interact with customers in person, via text, and by phone; promote services.
