Qualifications

• High school diploma plus relevant certification.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers to grow market share.
• Proficient use of automotive service and diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist service managers in documenting repairs and services.
• Conduct training and test trainees.
• Work with managers on tools, hardware, and workflow training.
• Perform bumper‑to‑bumper mechanical and electrical repairs.
• Develop relationships with new customers and maintain existing ones.
