Job summary

Protech Automotive Solutions has an immediate opening for a Mobile Diagnostic Technician to perform all-purpose duties and apply technical knowledge to assist customers. They support the Autel scanning unit, explain procedures, and resolve vehicle technology issues.

Requirements include 2+ years as a Diagnostic technician, willingness to obtain tools, and successful pre-employment screenings. I-CAR or ASE certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior experience as a Diagnostic technician.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings including background checks.
• I-CAR and ASE certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform mobile diagnostic duties and assist customers using the Autel scanning unit.
• Explain diagnostic findings and repair questions to customers clearly.
• Maintain tools and work areas, and adhere to safety and quality standards.
