Precision Tune Auto Care, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Floating Store Manager to lead a busy automotive service team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. In this role, you’ll oversee daily shop operations, coach staff, ensure safety and quality, handle opening/closing, and build relationships with customers and fleets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 1+ year supervisory experience in automotive service or related environment.
• Strong customer service, communication, and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team.
• Comfortable with upselling and meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate service and back-shop teams to achieve sales and productivity goals.
• Recruit, hire, and develop top talent to ensure optimal staffing and service levels.
• Oversee daily shop operations, including workflow, efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Train associates on customer care, CVIs, and store systems.
• Manage store profitability, visual presentation, inventory integrity, POS transactions, and vendor relations.
• Partner with Fleet business team to grow and maintain customer relationships.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure fair resolution.
• Serve as a key holder and perform opening/closing responsibilities.
