Job summary

Comprehensive Mobile Care is seeking a Dispensing Audiologist to join as a part-time traveling clinician serving seniors in Phoenix, Globe, Kingman, Tucson, Prescott and surrounding Arizona communities. The role focuses on high-quality hearing health for geriatric patients, with responsibilities including assessments, fittings, and patient education.

Qualifications

• Au.D. degree from an accredited program.
• Active state audiology license.
• Geriatric or mobile audiology experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in facility-based settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments, including pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, and tympanometry.
• Diagnose and manage hearing disorders, including age-related hearing loss.
• Provide hearing aid consultations, fittings, programming, and follow-up care.
• Educate patients and caregivers about hearing health, communication strategies, and device maintenance.
• Work collaboratively with facility staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Ensure a comfortable and respectful environment tailored to geriatric needs.
