Job summary

HealthDrive Corporation is seeking an Audiologist to work across Milwaukee and Madison, WI, with flexible 2-5 days per week, in nursing homes and long-term care facilities. Join a team that supports clinical autonomy and a patient-centered approach.

The position offers a production-based pay structure starting at around $400+ per day, mileage reimbursement, and benefits for full-time staff, with no evenings, weekends, or on-call hours and full administrative support.

Qualifications

• Masters or Doctorate in Audiology required.
• CCC-A certification from ASHA required.
• Current State professional license required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide audiology services to residents in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long-term care facilities within an assigned territory.
• Perform hearing aid evaluations and repairs.
• Dispense and adjust analog and digital hearing aids and other amplification devices.
• Enter patient information and complete clinical documentation in our EMR system.
