Job summary

HealthDrive Corporation is seeking an Audiologist to cover multiple locations in Milwaukee and Madison, WI, offering part-time or full-time schedules (2-5 days/week). A $10k sign-on bonus is available and uncapped production-based pay can reach $400+ per day.

Qualifications

• Masters or Doctorate in Audiology.
• CCC-A certification from ASHA.
• Current State professional license.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-planned diagnostic audiological examinations at facilities.
• Performs hearing aid evaluations and repairs.
• Dispensing and adjusting analog and digital hearing aids and other amplification devices.
• Enters patient information and completes required clinical documentation in EMR system.
• Mobile model treatment requires daily travel to skilled nursing facilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
