Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are an integral part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations, where active customer engagement is crucial for success. They are ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a high-traffic environment, are obsessed with the connected world, and excel at building relationships through meaningful interactions. They identify customer needs, educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions, and aim to exceed performance targets by providing exceptional customer experiences and meeting quality of sale metrics.

Job Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, using digital tools to educate and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions.
  • Leverage digital self-serve tools to understand customer needs and demonstrate product value through solution-based selling.
  • Complete training on in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes; continuously improve to provide the best customer experience; support store operations including opening, closing, and securing assets.
  • Build rapport and trust with customers, provide exceptional service, and proactively reach out to potential customers to drive sales.
  • Develop relationships with nearby teams to support the customer journey from setup to support and servicing.
Education and Work Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred (Required)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Customer satisfaction and advocacy skills, balancing experience and performance (Required)
  • Team building and collaboration skills (Required)
  • Retail sales confidence and drive in a fast-paced environment (Required)
Licenses and Certifications
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Additional Information

Hourly pay starts at $17.50, with incentives and potential promotion to Mobile Expert after training. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), stock grants, paid time off, and discounts.
