Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are key members of the Retail Team, responsible for representing the T-Mobile brand within National Sales partner locations. They engage actively with customers, creating energy and excitement about our products and services. They thrive in high-traffic environments, building relationships through meaningful interactions, needs assessment, and solution education. Mobile Associates aim to exceed sales targets by providing exceptional customer service and meeting quality metrics.

Job Responsibilities
  • Engage proactively with customers in busy retail settings, using digital tools to educate and demonstrate T-Mobile solutions.
  • Utilize digital self-serve tools to identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and promote the T-Mobile app for self-service and onboarding.
  • Complete training on products, systems, and store procedures, including opening/closing and security protocols.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, building rapport and loyalty, following up, capturing referrals, and managing sales processes.
  • Collaborate with nearby stores and support the customer experience from setup to support and account management.
Education and Work Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience; retail experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Passion for customer satisfaction and ability to connect personally with customers.
  • Team-oriented mindset, willing to learn and share best practices.
  • Confidence and drive in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Licenses and Certifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Additional Details

Travel: No

Hourly Pay: $17.50, with potential incentives and promotion to Mobile Expert role with additional incentives.
