Job Overview:
Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, are vital to the Retail Team, representing the T-Mobile brand within National Sales partner locations. They create energy and excitement around our products and services, excel in high-traffic environments, and build meaningful customer relationships by identifying needs and recommending solutions. They aim to exceed performance targets by providing exceptional service and meeting quality metrics.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Engage proactively with customers in retail settings, using digital tools to educate and demonstrate the value of T-Mobile solutions.
2. Leverage self-serve tools to identify customer needs, demonstrate product value, and promote the T-Mobile app for wireless needs, fostering deeper relationships and customer satisfaction.
3. Complete training on store experience, products, systems, and procedures, including security protocols like kiosk key management.
4. Provide passionate, friendly service, building rapport and trust, and proactively reaching out to potential customers to drive sales.
5. Support the customer experience through collaboration with nearby teams, from account setup to device support.
6. Education: High School Diploma/GED (Required)
7. Work Experience: 6 months in customer service or sales, retail preferred (Required)
8. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Customer focus, team spirit, retail sales drive, and confidence in fast-paced environments (All Required)
9. Licenses and Certifications: Must be at least 18, authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation: Starting at $17.50/hour plus $5.00 training pay during the first 90 days. Post-training, eligible for incentives up to $18,000/year, with guaranteed minimum earnings of $20/hour including incentives. Employees are also eligible for annual stock grants.
