Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, are an integral part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They create energy and excitement around our products and services, building strong relationships through meaningful interactions. They excel at identifying customer needs, educating, demonstrating, and recommending solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance targets.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, using digital tools to educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
  2. Leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions, identify needs, and demonstrate the value of products and services through solution-based selling.
  3. Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; continuously improve skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  4. Build rapport and trust with customers, follow up to drive sales, manage referrals, and perform price overrides for special offers.
  5. Support customer account setup, device support, and account servicing through collaboration with nearby teams.
Education and Work Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Passion for customer satisfaction and ability to connect personally with customers.
  • Team-oriented mindset, willingness to learn and share best practices.
  • Competitive and confident in a fast-paced sales environment.
Licenses and Certifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Additional Information
