Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to be the face of our brand inside a warehouse/club kiosk. You will educate customers, demonstrate products, and recommend solutions in a high-traffic setting, while delivering outstanding service and driving sales.

You'll participate in ongoing training on our store-in-store experience, products, and processes. Compensation includes an hourly base pay of $20.50 plus $5.00 per hour training pay, with a guaranteed $20/hour when including

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment (Preferred).
• Customer satisfaction: Focused customer advocate who loves having fun with our customers.
• Team building: Desire to be a part of the groundbreaking T-Mobile store team. Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing knowledge, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Retail sales: Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Hourly Base Pay: $20.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay.

Within the first 90 days working at T-Mobile, Mobile Associates receive on-the-job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. Once completed, Mobile Associates promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year. Actual incentives vary based on performance and full-time status. All employees at T-Mobile are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. And since we are ALL owners, EVERY employee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
