Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to be the face of our brand in a high-traffic warehouse/club setting. You will engage customers, demonstrate devices and plans, and drive sales while delivering exceptional service.

The role includes training and ongoing skill-building, with opportunities to grow into a Mobile Expert position. A strong focus on communication and relationship-building is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail environment preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus and helps in handling fast-paced store environments.

Job Responsibilities

Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment. You will use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile's warehouse/club member benefits.

Complete training on the T-Mobile store-in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources. You will continuously learn and improve your skills to provide the best possible experience for our customers! Will perform skills practicing, knowledge sharing, and store operations.

Hourly Base Pay

Hourly Base Pay: $19.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay.

Additional Pay Details

Within the first 90 days working at T-Mobile, Mobile Associates receive on-the-job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. Once completed, Mobile Associates promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year. Actual incentives vary based on performance and full-time status. All employees at T-Mobile are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. And since we are ALL owners, EVERY employee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
