Job Overview

Mobile Associates are key members of the Retail Team, representing the T-Mobile brand within National Sales partner locations. They create energy and excitement around our products, thrive in high-traffic environments, and excel at building relationships through meaningful interactions. They are passionate about educating customers on our solutions and exceeding performance targets by providing exceptional service and meeting quality metrics.

Job Responsibilities
  • Engage proactively with customers in a busy retail setting, using digital tools to educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
  • Leverage self-serve tools and identify customer needs to recommend suitable products and services, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Complete training on products, systems, and store procedures, and continuously improve skills to deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • Build rapport with customers, follow up, manage referrals, and perform price overrides when necessary.
  • Support store operations, including opening and closing procedures, securing assets, and reporting issues.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred (Required)
  • Customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills (Required)
  • Team-oriented mindset and sales confidence (Required)
  • At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. (Required)
