Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to join our fast-paced retail environment. You will educate customers, demonstrate devices, and recommend solutions while delivering outstanding service.

You will train on store processes, build rapport quickly, and drive sales by attracting new customers and following up with referrals. You must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail setting and educate them on products and benefits.
• Demonstrate products, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile's benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store processes and product knowledge.
• Proactively attract potential customers and drive sales activity.
• Follow up with customers, manage referrals, and handle Be Back processes.

Job Responsibilities

Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment. You will use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile's warehouse/club member benefits. Complete training on the T-Mobile store-in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources. You will continuously learn and improve your skills to provide the best possible experience for our customers! Will perform skills practicing, knowledge sharing, and store operations. At T-Mobile, we are passionate about providing excellent customer experiences, being friendly, and engaging with customers. We can connect on a personal level, match the pace of the customer, establish rapport, trust, and loyalty with every interaction. As a member of our team, you are committed to providing exceptional service, and to exceeding customer expectations. You will proactively attract potential customers to further drive sales activity in your location. Hourly Base Pay: $18.00, plus $5.00 per hour training pay.

Within the first 90 days working at T-Mobile, Mobile Associates receive on-the-job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. Once completed, Mobile Associates promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year. Actual incentives vary based on performance and full-time status. All employees at T-Mobile are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. And since we are ALL owners, EVERY employee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
