Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to join our warehouse/club kiosk in a fast-paced retail setting. You will educate customers, demonstrate devices, and highlight T-Mobile benefits while delivering outstanding service.

We value energy, initiative, and the ability to connect with customers. You must be 18+, legally authorized to work in the United States, and ready to participate in training and incentive programs that support earnings and stock-based rewards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to learn store processes and systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail setting, educate and demonstrate products.
• Complete store-in-store training and apply new skills to assist customers and drive sales.

Job Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment. You will use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile's warehouse/club member benefits.
• Complete training on the T-Mobile store-in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources. You will continuously learn and improve your skills to provide the best possible experience for our customers! Will perform skills practicing, knowledge sharing, and store operations.

We can connect on a personal level, match the pace of the customer, establish rapport, trust, and loyalty with every interaction. As a member of our team, you are committed to providing exceptional service, and to exceeding customer expectations. Hourly Base Pay

Hourly Base Pay: $18.00, plus $5.00 per hour training pay.

Within the first 90 days working at T-Mobile, Mobile Associates receive on-the-job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. Once completed, Mobile Associates promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year. Actual incentives vary based on performance and full-time status. All employees at T-Mobile are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. And since we are ALL owners, EVERY employee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
