Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, are vital members of the Retail Team, responsible for representing the T-Mobile brand within National Sales partner locations. They engage actively with customers, create energy around our products, and thrive in a high-traffic environment where technology and customer needs evolve. They excel at building relationships, identifying customer needs, and educating customers about solutions, aiming to exceed performance targets through excellent service and sales.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Customer Engagement: Proactively interact with customers using digital tools, educate them, and demonstrate the value of T-Mobile solutions.
  2. Solution Selling: Use digital self-serve tools, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate wireless solutions, including onboarding and app utilization, to deepen relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  3. Training and Store Operations: Complete training on in-store experience, products, and systems. Participate in store opening/closing procedures, including securing assets and reporting issues.
  4. Customer Service: Build rapport, trust, and loyalty through friendly, engaging interactions. Follow up with customers, manage referrals, and perform price overrides when necessary.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work with nearby stores and support teams to enhance the customer experience from setup to support.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 6 months customer service or sales experience; retail preferred
  • Passion for customer satisfaction and effective communication
  • Desire to be part of a team and succeed in a sales environment
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Additional Details

Starting pay is $17.50/hour, with training incentives and promotion opportunities leading to an annual incentive target of $18,000. All employees are guaranteed a minimum of $20/hour including incentives. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, holidays, parental leave, family support, tuition assistance, disability and life insurance, and discounts.
