Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, are vital members of the Retail Team, responsible for embodying the T-Mobile brand within National Sales partner locations. They engage actively with customers, create energetic product displays, and thrive in dynamic, high-traffic environments. They excel at building relationships, identifying customer needs, and educating customers about our solutions to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional service.

Job Responsibilities

1. Engage proactively with customers in retail settings using digital tools to educate and demonstrate T-Mobile solutions.
2. Leverage self-serve tools, identify customer needs, and recommend tailored wireless solutions to deepen customer relationships and satisfaction.
3. Complete training on store operations, products, and systems, and continuously improve skills to enhance customer experience.
4. Build rapport, trust, and loyalty through friendly, engaging interactions, and proactively follow up to drive sales and referrals.
5. Support store operations, including opening/closing procedures, securing assets, and reporting issues.
6. Collaborate with nearby stores to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred (Required)
• Passion for customer satisfaction and effective communication skills (Required)
• Desire to be part of a team, learn, share, and resolve issues (Required)
• Competitive drive and confidence in a fast-paced sales environment (Required)

Additional Details

Must be at least 18 years old, authorized to work in the U.S., and available to work in a retail environment. No travel required. The hourly base pay is $17.50, with incentives and potential for promotion to Mobile Expert with higher earning opportunities. Employees are also eligible for stock grants and a broad range of benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, discounts, and more.
