Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, are key members of the Retail Team, responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They create energy and excitement around our products and services, thrive in high-traffic environments, and excel at building relationships through meaningful interactions. They identify customer needs, educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions, and consistently exceed performance targets by delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting quality metrics.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers in a busy retail environment, using digital tools to educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
  2. Solution Selling: Use digital self-serve tools to identify customer needs and demonstrate the value of products and services, focusing on self-serve and app utilization to deepen relationships.
  3. Training & Store Operations: Complete training on store experience, new products, and systems; perform store opening/closing procedures securely; report any issues with assets or keys.
  4. Customer Service & Sales: Connect with customers on a personal level, build rapport, and exceed expectations. Follow up, manage referrals, and perform price overrides for special offers.
  5. Relationship Building: Collaborate with nearby teams to support the customer journey from setup to support and account management.
Education and Work Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Customer-focused with a passion for satisfaction and fun interactions.
  • Team player willing to learn and share best practices.
  • Competitive and confident in a fast-paced sales environment.
Licenses and Certifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Additional Details

Hourly pay starts at $17.50, with training and incentive opportunities. Full-time employees can earn up to $20/hour including incentives, plus annual stock grants. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, holidays, parental leave, family support, tuition assistance, insurance options, and discounts.
