T-Mobile is seeking Mobile Associates to enhance customer engagement in retail environments. This role involves proactively interacting with customers, utilizing digital tools to demonstrate products, and providing exceptional service. Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least six months of customer service experience, with a focus on building relationships and achieving sales targets.
Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, are an essential part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations, where active customer engagement is crucial for success. They act as ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a high-traffic environment, are obsessed with the connected world, and excel at building relationships with customers through meaningful interactions. They identify customer needs, educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions, and aim to exceed performance targets by providing exceptional customer experiences and meeting sales metrics.
Starting hourly pay is $17.50 plus $5.00 training pay. After 90 days, employees are eligible for a Mobile Expert role with an incentive target of $18,000/year. All employees are guaranteed a minimum of $20/hour including incentives, and are eligible for an annual stock grant.
