Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, are vital members of the Retail Team, responsible for representing the T-Mobile brand within National Sales partner locations. They engage actively with customers, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in high-traffic environments, are passionate about the connected world, and excel at building relationships through meaningful interactions.

Job Responsibilities

1. Proactively engage with customers in a retail environment using digital tools to educate and demonstrate T-Mobile solutions.
2. Leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions, identify needs, and recommend suitable solutions to deepen customer relationships and satisfaction.
3. Complete training on in-store experience, products, and systems; continuously improve skills to enhance customer experience.
4. Build rapport with customers, provide exceptional service, and exceed expectations. Follow up, manage referrals, and support sales activities.
5. Collaborate with nearby store teams to support customer account setup, device support, and service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience, retail preferred (Required)
• Passion for customer satisfaction and effective communication skills (Required)
• Desire to be part of a dynamic team and succeed in a fast-paced sales environment (Required)
• Minimum age 18, legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Additional Information

Hourly base pay starts at $17.50, with incentives and potential promotion to Mobile Expert after training. All employees are guaranteed a minimum of $20/hour including incentives.
