Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, are vital members of the Retail Team, responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They engage actively with customers, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. These associates are passionate about the connected world, thrive in high-traffic environments, and excel at building relationships through meaningful interactions. They identify customer needs, educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions, consistently exceeding performance targets by providing exceptional customer experiences and meeting sales metrics.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers in a busy retail setting, utilizing digital tools to educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
  2. Solution Selling: Use digital self-serve tools to identify customer needs and demonstrate the value of products and services, including onboarding and app utilization.
  3. Training and Knowledge: Complete training on store experience, products, systems, and procedures; continuously improve skills to enhance customer experience.
  4. Customer Service: Build rapport, trust, and loyalty through friendly, engaging interactions; follow up, manage referrals, and support customer needs.
  5. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with nearby stores and support teams for a seamless customer experience, including account setup and device support.
Education and Work Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Minimum 6 months customer service or sales experience; retail experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Customer-focused attitude with a passion for service and performance balance.
  • Team-oriented mindset, eager to learn and share best practices.
  • Competitive sales drive and confidence in a fast-paced environment.
Licenses and Certifications
  • At least 18 years old
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Additional Details

Hourly pay starts at $19.00. During the first 90 days, associates receive training and are eligible for incentives. Post-training, promotion to Mobile Expert offers an annual incentive target of $18,000, with guaranteed earnings of $20/hour including incentives. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), stock grants, paid time off, holidays, parental leave, family support, tuition assistance, and discounts.
