Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, play a vital role in bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They are ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services, excel at building customer relationships, and thrive in high-traffic environments where technology and customer needs are evolving. They are passionate about educating and demonstrating solutions to customers, exceeding sales targets, and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Proactively engage with customers in a retail environment, using digital tools to educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
  2. Leverage digital self-serve tools to identify customer needs, demonstrate product value, and promote onboarding solutions.
  3. Complete training on in-store experience, products, systems, and procedures; continuously improve skills to enhance customer experience.
  4. Build rapport with customers, follow up, manage referrals, and perform price overrides when necessary.
  5. Support store operations, including opening and closing procedures, securing assets, and reporting issues.
  6. Collaborate with nearby stores to support customer onboarding and support.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail experience preferred (Required)
  • Passion for customer satisfaction and effective communication skills (Required)
  • Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn (Required)
  • Competitive sales drive and confidence in a fast-paced environment (Required)

Hourly Pay: $17.50/hour, with incentives and potential promotion to Mobile Expert role with higher incentives. All employees are guaranteed a minimum of $20/hour including incentives.
