Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are an integral part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations, where active customer engagement is crucial for success. They are ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in high-traffic environments, continuously evolving with technology innovations, customer needs, and the Retail experience. Mobile Associates excel at building and deepening relationships with customers through meaningful interactions, identifying needs, and recommending solutions while exceeding performance targets by providing excellent customer service and meeting sales metrics.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, using digital tools to educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
  2. Solution Selling: Leverage digital self-serve tools, identify customer needs, and demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services, including onboarding and app utilization.
  3. Training & Store Operations: Complete training on in-store experience, new skills, products, and systems. Participate in store procedures, including opening/closing, securing assets, and reporting issues.
  4. Customer Service & Relationship Building: Connect on a personal level, build rapport, trust, and loyalty. Follow up, manage referrals, and support customer needs, including price overrides for special offers.
  5. Team Collaboration: Build relationships with nearby teams to support the customer experience from setup to support and servicing.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred (Required)
  • Customer-focused attitude, team-oriented, and sales-driven mindset (Required)
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment (Required)
  • Legally authorized to work in the US, at least 18 years old
Additional Information

Hourly pay starts at $17.50, with training incentives and potential promotion to Mobile Expert with an annual incentive target of $18,000. All employees are guaranteed a minimum of $20/hour including incentives.
