Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, are vital to our Retail Team, representing the T-Mobile brand within National Sales partner locations. They engage actively with customers, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in high-traffic environments, building relationships through meaningful interactions, and are passionate about educating and demonstrating solutions.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Engage proactively with customers in a busy retail setting, using digital tools to educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
  2. Leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions, identify needs, and recommend suitable wireless solutions, including onboarding support via the T-Mobile app.
  3. Complete training on store operations, products, systems, and reference resources to ensure excellent customer service. Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including securing assets.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service by building rapport, trust, and loyalty, and proactively reaching out to potential customers to drive sales. Follow up with customers, manage referrals, and perform price overrides when needed.
  5. Collaborate with store leadership and teams to support the customer experience from setup to support and account management.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred (Required)
  • Passion for customer satisfaction and ability to connect personally with customers (Required)
  • Desire to be part of a dynamic team, learn, and share best practices (Required)
  • Competitive drive and confidence in a fast-paced sales environment (Required)
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • At least 18 years of age
Additional Details

Hourly pay starts at $19.00, plus $5.00 training pay during the first 90 days. After training, eligible for incentives and stock grants.
