Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are vital members of the Retail Team, responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They create energy and excitement around our products and services, excel at building customer relationships, and thrive in high-traffic environments where technology and customer needs evolve continuously. They aim to exceed performance targets by providing exceptional service and meeting sales metrics.

Positions Available

Multiple positions are available within the Wichita area, all within a 30-mile radius.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Engage proactively with customers in a busy retail setting, using digital tools and effective communication to educate and demonstrate T-Mobile solutions.
  2. Leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions, identify needs, and recommend solutions to deepen relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  3. Complete training on store experience, products, systems, and procedures, including opening/closing and security protocols.
  4. Provide passionate, friendly customer service, build rapport, and exceed expectations. Follow up with customers, manage referrals, and perform price overrides when necessary.
  5. Collaborate with nearby teams to support the customer experience from setup to support and account management.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience, preferably in retail
  • Passion for customer satisfaction and team building
  • Competitive sales drive and confidence in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Licenses and Certifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation and Benefits

Starting hourly pay is $17.50, with on-the-job training and incentives. After training, eligible for annual incentives up to $18,000. All employees are guaranteed a minimum of $20/hour including base pay and incentives. Employees also qualify for annual stock grants and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, holidays, parental leave, tuition assistance, and discounts on mobile and internet services.
