Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, are vital members of the Retail Team, responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They create energy and excitement around our products and services, thrive in high-traffic environments, and excel at building relationships through meaningful customer interactions. They identify customer needs, educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions, and aim to exceed performance targets by providing exceptional service and meeting quality metrics.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Proactively engage with customers in a retail environment, using digital tools to educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
  2. Leverage digital self-serve tools during interactions, identify needs, and demonstrate product value to deepen customer relationships and satisfaction.
  3. Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; continuously improve skills to enhance customer experience.
  4. Build rapport and trust with customers, proactively follow up, manage referrals, and perform price overrides for special offers.
  5. Collaborate with nearby stores to support customer onboarding, device support, and account servicing.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience, retail preferred (Required)
  • Passion for customer satisfaction and effective communication skills (Required)
  • Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn and share best practices (Required)
  • Competitive drive and confidence in sales (Required)
Licenses and Certifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Hourly Pay: $17.50/hour, with incentives and potential promotion to Mobile Expert with an annual incentive target of $18,000/year. All employees earn a guaranteed minimum of $20/hour including incentives.
