Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are key members of the Retail Team, responsible for representing the T-Mobile brand within National Sales partner locations. They engage actively with customers, build relationships, and promote our products and services. They thrive in high-traffic environments and are passionate about technology and customer service.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Customer Engagement: Interact proactively with customers, educate them about T-Mobile solutions, and demonstrate product value using digital tools.
  2. Solution Selling: Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and facilitate onboarding using self-serve tools and the T-Mobile app.
  3. Training and Store Operations: Complete training on products, systems, and procedures. Participate in store opening/closing, secure assets, and report issues.
  4. Customer Service: Provide friendly, engaging service, build rapport, and exceed customer expectations. Follow up, manage referrals, and support sales activities.
  5. Relationship Building: Collaborate with store leadership and support teams to enhance the customer experience from setup to support.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Minimum 6 months customer service or sales experience, retail preferred

  • Team player willing to learn and share best practices
  • Competitive in sales and confident in a fast-paced environment
Additional Requirements
  • At least 18 years old
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation and Benefits

Starting hourly pay is $17.50, with on-the-job training and incentive opportunities. Upon promotion to Mobile Expert, eligible for an annual incentive target of $18,000. All employees are guaranteed a minimum of $20/hour including incentives.
