Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, are an essential part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They are ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services, thriving in a high-traffic environment with evolving technology and customer needs. They excel at building relationships through meaningful interactions, identifying customer needs, and recommending solutions to exceed performance targets while providing excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, using digital tools to educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
  2. Leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions, identify needs, and demonstrate product value through solution-based selling, including onboarding and app utilization.
  3. Complete training on in-store experience, new products, and systems; continuously improve skills to enhance customer experience.
  4. Build rapport and loyalty by connecting on a personal level, following up, capturing referrals, and managing sales processes.
  5. Support store operations, including opening/closing procedures, securing assets, and reporting issues.
Education and Work Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail experience preferred (Required)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Passionate about customer satisfaction, able to balance experience and performance goals (Required)
  • Team-oriented, willing to learn and share best practices (Required)
  • Competitive in a fast-paced sales environment (Required)
Licenses and Certifications
  • At least 18 years old
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Additional Information

During the first 90 days, receive on-the-job training and incentive pay. Post-training, eligible for annual incentives up to $18,000/year, with guaranteed minimum earnings of $20/hour including incentives. All employees are eligible for an annual stock grant.
