Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are integral to the Retail Team, responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They are ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services, excel at building relationships with customers, and are passionate about educating and demonstrating solutions.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, using digital tools to educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
  2. Leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions, identify needs, and recommend solutions to deepen relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  3. Complete training on in-store experience, products, and systems; review results and updates regularly to stay customer-ready.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service, build rapport, and proactively follow up to drive sales and loyalty.
  5. Support store operations, including opening and closing procedures and security measures.
Education and Work Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience, retail preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
  • Team player willing to learn and share best practices.
  • Competitive in a fast-paced sales environment.
Licenses and Certifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
