Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are an integral part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations, where active customer engagement is crucial for success. They are ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a high-traffic environment, are obsessed with the connected world, and excel at building relationships with customers through meaningful interactions.

Job Responsibilities

1. Proactively engage with customers in a retail environment, using digital tools to educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
2. Leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions, identifying needs and demonstrating product value through solution-based selling.
3. Complete training on in-store experience, products, and systems; continuously improve skills and knowledge.
4. Provide exceptional customer service, build rapport, and exceed expectations. Follow up with customers and manage sales processes effectively.
5. Build relationships with store leadership and support the customer experience from setup to support.

Education and Work Experience

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred (Required)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Customer-focused with strong communication skills (Required)
• Team player willing to learn and share best practices (Required)
• Competitive in sales and comfortable in a fast-paced environment (Required)

Compensation and Benefits

Starting hourly pay: $17.50 + $5.00 training pay. After training, eligible for incentives and promotion to Mobile Expert with potential annual incentives of $18,000. All employees guaranteed $20/hour including incentives.
