Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are essential members of the Retail Team, responsible for representing the T-Mobile brand within National Sales partner locations. They focus on active customer engagement, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. These associates are passionate about the connected world, thrive in high-traffic environments, and excel at building relationships through meaningful interactions. They identify customer needs, educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions, and aim to exceed performance targets by providing exceptional customer experiences and meeting sales metrics.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Engage proactively with customers in a high-traffic retail setting, using digital tools to communicate effectively and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
  2. Leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions, identify needs, and demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services through solution-based selling.
  3. Complete training on in-store experience, products, and systems; review personal results and promotions regularly to stay customer-ready.
  4. Build rapport and trust with customers, provide exceptional service, follow up, and manage relationships to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  5. Collaborate with nearby store locations to support customer onboarding and support activities.
Education and Work Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Minimum 6 months customer service and/or sales experience; retail experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Passionate about customer satisfaction and effective at balancing experience with performance goals.
  • Team-oriented, willing to learn, share best practices, and resolve issues collaboratively.
  • Competitive, confident, and capable of succeeding in a fast-paced sales environment.

Hourly Base Pay: $17.50. During the first 90 days, associates receive training and are eligible for incentive pay. Upon promotion to Mobile Expert, the annual incentive target is $18,000, with total earnings guaranteed at $20/hour including incentives. All employees are also eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
